Blog Post #6
My research paper is going to be on Carnival in Trinidad and Tobago, explaining the who, what, when, and where out it. The differences in the costumes that are worn and the meaning behind them. Trinidad carnival goes all the way back to the 18th century. The free African Americans and Caucasian planned masquerade balls at Christmas as a "goodbye to the flesh" before lent season. Some challenges that I am facing with the research paper is making sure the paper is long enough and making sure its set up and written the right way.
